As you know, current guidelines allow fully vaccinated individuals to participate in indoor activities without a facial covering. If you are fully vaccinated (two weeks after your last dose), you are welcome to visit without a mask. Individuals not wearing a mask will be considered to be giving their notification that they are fully vaccinated. If you our your child wish to wear a mask inside, please feel free to do so; if you need a mask, please ask!

Dear Families,

After hearing from so many of our current students about some of the positive changes of 2020, we are pleased to announce that we will be offering blending classes for our middle and high school programs into the future! We are upgrading our technology and web services to get ready for our changes! We’re also planning to make sure that your family has the needed educational supplies, too! We will continue to provide the math manipulatives, reading books, and more so your child can find success in their learning!

Dear Families,

We are looking forward to the increased rates bringing about less restrictive public health measures, or a move from the purple to red tiers. We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone back into the office when they feel safe to do so!

As we move from a reactive mindset to a creative mindset, we are working on a summer session that will be bigger and better than before! We’re planning a 5 day a week camp after the 4th of July (because we’ll all need a travel break this summer!). We’ll be offering whole day programs and by the class options for small group learning enrichment and learning loss recovery in our ADVANCE programs. Please be on the look out for more information in the coming weeks! Space will be proactively limited, so please feel free to reach out to us now!

Dear Families,

Like you, were are looking for that one person that has a clear crystal ball to see what the future will be. While there are a great number of contingencies, we are planning to be open for in person fall services with a number of safety plans in place, if State and Local health officials allow it.

Individualized Educational Services is committed to making our programs as accessible to as many families as possible. We have reduced our class rates so more children can access quality education! If your family is interested in our services but is suffering from economic difficulties, please reach out to us to see how we can help!

We are waiting to post our fall schedule until local school districts finalize their plans (most are considering two days on campus instruction; we’re waiting to see what those two days will be!) Our goal is to post our 2020-2021 Class schedule the first week of August.

If you have any specific class needs, please reach out to us at enrollment@ies-tutor.com!

Dear Families,

We appreciate the difficulty that we find ourselves under. In a matter of days, the routines that we once looked forward to fell apart and the institutions that we took for granted were no longer part of our day.

We thank you for supporting our quick efforts in transitioning to distance learning. While we know that it is not a right fit for everyone, we’ve seen the abilities for distance learning to provide continuance, something we aim to provide for all of students.

The future is very uncertain at this point, but we hope to provide you with consistency. We are moving forward with planning for the next academic year and summer session. We’re recognizing that our prices need to be more accessible for those that are facing financial difficulties like we are. Over the next few days, you’ll see updates to our site reflecting our efforts to support families near and far.

Our goal is to have one more transition: we’re going to change from distance learning to remote learning. Why? Education does not happen when we are distant from each other. It can happen where ever you are, even if it means we cannot be together in our Education Center. We will be inviting more students to join us virtually and gain access to the same high-quality educational supports from where ever they may be. And should the need arise for us to stay away under public health orders, we can easily and seamlessly transition into remote learning.

Should you have any questions, or would like support, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
